The story of the financial education centre

The idea of founding EFC - Education and Finance Center or in Slovak Financial Education Center originated in one 29 year old Hlava, who studied in Slovakia and in the USA and then was employed full time as a civil servant. But this lifestyle was unthinkable to the Free Mind in the long term. The Head used to be stressed out and the Mind overwhelmed with all kinds of unnecessary reports, current affairs, causes and everything else. Both the Head and the Mind wanted only one thing - to fly away somewhere. One day the Head got to the Mind. Mind was very curious and quite playful, so she joined the two. Together, all three of them found that they could help other people with their financial situation, explain to them how their levies and taxes worked, how to set up their family budget properly, or even how to take out a mortgage for a home, for example. This field is called financial counselling and so Head, Mind and Reason in one person started the freedom to live and make a business of helping others. But 'money is not everything', Reason once reflected. "After all, the laws of money that we explain to adults -our clients- would have been understood by them as children if someone had taught them. They would have avoided today's financial problems, which stem from ignorance, and they would have been free and happy people.'' And that is how the idea of establishing the EFC Financial Education Centre was conceived in the Head Office. Head, Mind and Reason are called NATALIA. She told her idea to her friend ADAM, whose entrepreneurial Spirit and creative Mind were thrilled as Adam thought of his children's future.  

NATALIA and ADAM bravely embarked on their idea and were supported by many parents, bankers, financial advisors and business people. Today, we stand on the threshold of the idea to educate children about money and we believe that by doing so, we will positively influence the life direction of all the little-big brains that we will be happy to welcome to enroll with us in August 2021.
